how to make an amazing research project!
You will be turning this lab report in sections. At the end of the semester, you will be fixing all the edits I make for you all semester and putting them in one big paper.
All projects are welcome at the Wheeler and Cobb County science fairs. If you complete an exceptional project, however, you can submit to a competition like Siemen's, the Journal of Emerging Investigators, or the State Science Fair. These are very prestigious and would be a high honor. See the "Competitions" page under DNA/G for more information.
choosing a topic
Advice from previous students usually hinges on "choose a topic you're interested in!" because you are essentially "married" to the project for a whole semester.
writing a research paper
This is arguably the hardest part of the project, but don't fret!
